Frosty the Snowman Party Games

North Pole Frosty Scurry
In this fun game the teams will try and be first to move the whole team from the start back to the finish line by using a few pieces of white paper or "icebergs".
Before the party starts cut out large iceberg shapes from white and/or blue poster board about 16"  x 16" each.   Each team will have one more iceberg then the total number of players on their team.

The players can use only the icebergs to move from one end of the room to the other and back to the start line again. To Move: Players must use the icebergs to move by laying them out one in front of the other.  Each team member must forward and walk onto an iceberg.   When all the players are standing on an iceberg the player in the back of the line picks up the last iceberg and they pass it to the front of the line.

The player in the front of the line sets in down in front of them and then the whole team moves forward one iceberg.   Then the process repeats until they have moved across the room and back.   If at any time a player steps off of an iceberg into the "water" then the whole team has to return to the start and begin again.

Variation:  Divide the guests into smaller groups of three or four and give them only 2 large icebergs so they all have to stand on one iceberg together.

Frosty Candy Cane Pass
You will need: Red plastic cups, big candy canes, marshmallows
Punch a small hole in the bottom of each plastic cup and insert a candy cane halfway through the hole where the hook of the candy cane is on the outside of the bottom of the cup.    Divide players into two teams.   Each team gets 12 marshmallows.   The object of the game is to transfer the marshmallows from one player to another without using their hands.   The first team that can move 12 marshmallows down their wins!

Frosty Snowball Relay
This fun party game is played similar to the egg and spoon relay.  Instead of an egg players use cotton balls or "snowballs"! .  Divide party guests into two teams and give each team a wooden spoon or plastic spoon and a cotton ball.  One by one the teams must place the "snowball" on the spoon and run to the turn around point and back without dropping the "snowball".

When they reach start they hand off the "snowball" to the next player and they run the course.  If the "snowball" falls off the spoon the player must return to start and begin again.  The players can't touch the "snowball" with their hands at any point of the game.  If they do they must return to start and begin again.

Frosty Sweep Game
Fun relay style game using foam peanuts and a broom.  Mark white foam peanuts with different colors to distinguish between teams.  Divide guests into teams. Each team gets the same number of foam peanuts (25 or more) and a broom.  One at a time the players from each team must sweep their peanuts around the playing area and back again.  This game is more challenging and fun when played on a smooth floor ... and really funny when a ceiling or stand up fan is place at the turn around point!

Frosty Snowball  Race
You will need:  Mugs or a Hot Drink paper cup, mini marshmallows and straws.
Players use a straw to suck up marshmallows and put them in their cup. Give each party guest a straw and a mug.   Place a small bowl of marshmallows in front of each guest.   Set the timer to 2 minutes and on “go” guests use the straw to suck up marshmallows and then move them to their cup.    After the time runs out count how many marshmallows are in each cup and the player with the most wins!   After the game fill the mugs with hot chocolate so everyone gets a warm treat!

Frosty the Snowman
You will need:  Rolls of toilet paper,  scarves and hats for each team.
Divide guests into teams of 2 or 3.   Each team gets two rolls of toilet paper.   Decide who in the team will be the snowman and who will do the rolling.   On “go” teams wrap their snowman in the toilet paper.  When the rolls are all used they must put the hat and scarf on their snowman and yell “finished!”.  The first team to finish wins.   Have enough paper so each guest gets a chance to be the snowman.
