Popcorn Bags -  Dawn
One year I threw a Pirate themed birthday party for my son. For the goody bags I took paper bags and filled them with popcorn and treats...the kids had to eat the popcorn and find the treats along the way. On the outside of the bag I labeled them Find the Buried Treasure and put on a picture of a pirate. The kids had a great time eating their snack and finding their surprises....hint: Use very lightly buttered popcorn.

for a movie theme, fill popcorn bags with your favors. you can find the bags at any party store(iparty, etc.)

Instead of a treat bag, I give each child an extra large candy bar for coming to the party.  They are only around $2.50 each, very inexpensive and the kids love it!!!!

Goody Bag- Decorated tote bag - Anonymous
Give each guest a tote bag, then have fabric markers,paint, etc. to decorate the bag. Then, all the favors they get can be put in to the bag as the night goes by!
