Since I love scrapbooking, our son is having his first birthday party! He turns 3, and for his scrapbook I did his theme, A Beach Party in our back yard, and have the pages laid out with the gifts, as his friends come in, each family signs their names on the page, and then when he opened his gifts, I put what each friend and family gave him, then when done, it went into his scrapbook.  This is something that everyone can look at for years to come.
