Picture Frame Party Craft

 

Picture frames are a great craft idea for birthday parties. 

They can be painted and embellished to match any birthday party theme. 

Use inexpensive wooden frames (we found these for $1.00 at Michaels craft store) and they make a great craft and party favor.
